FoxPost parcel machines: If you choose FoxPost machines, you can return your parcel free of charge. What exactly does it do? FOXPOST is a simple and time-saving way to receive parcels. Request your order at any FOXPOST parcel machine, so you don't have to wait all day for a courier. You can pick up your order at any time during the opening hours of the shopping centre. As soon as your parcel arrives, FOXPOST will send you an SMS notification and a unique code, which you can use to pick it up for 3 days. Important: you can only pay by credit card at the vending machines. The maximum weight of a parcel is 25kg and the maximum size is 60x36x62cm. You can receive your order in up to 1 working day! Once we hand over the parcel to FOXPOST, they will deliver it to the vending machine within 1 working day. Free return You can return your parcel to a FOXPOST machine (if you originally picked up your parcel at a FOXPOST machine) for 14 days after receipt, completely free of charge.
